Built in 1998 and designed to be a full service health club, Monroe Aquatics and Fitness Center offers over 80,000 square feet of fitness facilities. We believe that staying healthy is more than just exercising regularly and eating well. It is a state of mind. With that philosophy, we've taken the liberty to add little touches that make your stay the difference between just a work out and a workout experience.

Smoothie Bar -

As members seek healthier alternatives, MAFC's Smoothie Bar helps to accommodate. Our Smoothie Bar offers a fresh blend of juices, fruits and protein powders to make a healthy, refreshing drink. While working out at breakfast or lunch, these drinks will provide the nourishment you need to make it to the next meal. Kids love them too. Without the protein, these drinks serve children and youths a healthy alternative and do not endanger their kidneys with excess protein that adults can easily digest. Ask to have your favorite Smoothie prepared without the protein and see the kid smiles appear.

	Massage Therapy RELAX with Pressure from Marshville Therapeutic Massage	Our mission is to engage you in the deeply relaxing experience of massage in a clean, comfortable, and caring environment. We wish to create within you a sense of balance and an appreciation for the connection between the mind and body. From pain relief and rehabilitation to overall health and well being, the benefits of massage transcend other forms of traditional therapy. Relaxation & Therapeutic Massage		This session is designed for maximum therapeutic results leading to mind/body balance. By using moderate to deep pressure (your choice), the therapist treats specific muscle spasms, tension headaches and pain due to workouts.
Aromatherapy Massage		Choose from many special blends of essential oils to personalize your Relaxation & Therapeutic Massage. Among your options: aromatherapy blends for stress relief, irritability, anxiety, fatigue and muscular pain.
Reflexology Foot Massage		The focus of this massage is on the body’s natural ability to heal itself. The therapist applies pressure to the hands and feet to release the energy blockage and re-establish the body’s natural balance and energy flow.

Locker Rooms - Included in your membership are men's and women 's locker rooms. Each locker room is divided into a family and an adult section. The adult side is restricted to those 18 and older and provides full length lockers for your convenience. The family side is designed for parents and guardians escorting children below the age of 18. Each locker room comes equipped with private showers, lavatory facilities, diaper changing table, a Suitmate® swimsuit water extractor and complimentary towels are made available upon your request.

For those members requiring specific attention, MAFC offers a full functioning "Special Needs" restroom and changing area. It is completely handicapped accessible and used for families who prefer to shower and change in one environment.

Lockers are available for storage of your clothing and other items while you are using the Club and may not be left occupied overnight.

Pro Shop - Visit our Pro Shop featuring unique gift ideas, athletic apparel, Yoga mats, racquetball rackets and a full line of swimming equipment from water gloves to swim goggles. Our Front Desk staff will be glad to assist you with any questions or to help choose the best item for your needs. Located in the main lobby of the front entrance, it's convenient for all members.

Meeting Room/Conference Room - Monroe Aquatics and Fitness Center has something for everyone! In addition to providing a state-of-the-art facility and kid friendly activities, MAFC offers space where you can host a special birthday party or small group rental. All parties are action packed, entertaining and hassle-free. We provide a private room, supervision while children swim, clean up afterwards and have access to over 200 theme party decorations and gifts.
