Land Classes - featuring 3 state-of-the-art rooms for classes ranging from beginning classes to advanced step. Each room is equipped with the latest in group fitness equipment (resist-a-balls, body pump weight bars, hand weights, etc.). |
|
Water Aerobics - classes ranging from Range of Motion Arthritis to High Intensity Deep Water Aerobics. Whether a beginner or fitness enthusiast, water provides the perfect resistance for every individual.

Kids Quest - Geared towards boys and girls between the ages of 9-13, Kids Quest exposes both genders to the benefits of cardio exercise as well as strength training. ASCM (American College of Sports Medicine) is very specific on the appropriateness of exercises for children and young adults. Studies show that those children between the ages of 7-15 who understand the value of exercise will have a greater propensity to remain active and healthy in their later years. These group fitness classes are taught by the same aerobic instructors and personal trainers as available to our adult members. These classes however are structured specifically for this age group. To learn more, contact the childrens program director, Mary Ked Driver by dialing 704-282-4686 mdriver@monroenc.org. |
